IT Coordinator Logistics & Business Applications (m/f/d)

In this key role, you are the central interface between operational logistics and external IT service providers and ensure the smooth operation of our systems. As a Key User/Product Owner and Project Manager, you lead our software development projects.

Your role combines two exciting focal points:

Focus 1: Application Support & Key User

• You support our employees with questions and challenges regarding our logistics and scheduling systems (especially Easyjob)
• You coordinate support cases with external IT partners and software manufacturers until successful resolution
• You train users and support our branches in the optimal use of the systems
• You identify potential for optimization and continuously develop processes and systems together with the specialist departments

Focus 2: Business Ownership & Project Management

• You represent the interests of the business towards external software and IT partners
• You record the requirements of our Business Owners, prioritize them, and translate them into clear specifications and User Stories
• You are responsible for the further development of our system landscape and manage projects from conception to go-live
• You ensure the integration of applications as well as data quality along the processes
• You coordinate external development partners and ensure timely and goal-oriented implementation and control the development budgets
• You accompany rollouts and support our teams in the successful introduction of new solutions
• IT training or comparable practical experience with high technical affinity
• Understanding of logistics, warehouse, or supply chain processes
• Experience at the interface between business and IT, ideally in support, rollout, migration, or digitalization projects
• Analytical and structured way of working as well as the ability to prioritize requirements and develop pragmatic solutions
• Technical understanding of applications, databases, and interfaces (APIs)
• Experience in project management as well as with agile methods such as Scrum and User Stories
• A special interest in automation, digitalization, and AI-supported solutions
• Willingness to travel of approx. 30%
• Experience in the rental business and/or with EasyJob are of great advantage
• Very good German and English skills in spoken and written
• Spanish skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
