Stiftung andante Winterthur is a non-profit, social enterprise for the benefit of people with a cognitive and/or cerebral impairment as well as for people with a brain injury. The foundation operates in the city of Winterthur, the surrounding region, and in the canton of Thurgau. It is recognized by the cantons of Zurich and Thurgau and is also supported by private donors and patrons. The offerings of Stiftung andante are as diverse as the needs of its clientele in the areas of living, education, and work. andante Tägelmoos offers 15 residential and day structure places for adults with a brain injury. The offering is aimed at people with mild to medium care and nursing needs. We orient ourselves towards a person-centered attitude. The essential elements of this attitude are appreciative, empathic, and congruent relationship management.
