Your Task ##

• Complete telephone and written order processing (German, French)
• You process customer inquiries, offers, and orders
• Responsibility for the recording of orders up to invoicing including processing of returns
• Primary contact point paired with a hub function and contact with field service, sales, and other internal departments
• Scheduling of service technicians

Your Profile ##

• Completed commercial or technical basic training with further training in the commercial field
• Several years of professional experience
• Very good language skills in German and French, spoken and written (mandatory), additional English skills an advantage
• Communication talent and a service-oriented side for daily contact with customers and partners
