Senior Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d)

You are responsible for the sustainable operational and strategic development and expansion of our Life Science department in your own area. You form as a personnel consultant in 360° Recruitment the interface between customers and candidates. You plan your business independently and set yourself motivating goals. Through the constant maintenance of your network, you expand your own candidate portfolio and acquire new customers. Your communicative talent helps you to sustainably expand regular customers. You go ahead with your own performance as a role model for other employees and make a significant contribution to the turnover of your team. You negotiate contracts independently with your customers and candidates.
