For our client, an established Swiss SME in the production and trading industry,

based in Ostschweiz, we are looking for a motivated, reliable and independent personality as

Clerk Finance & Personnel Administration 60-100 % (a), Ostschweiz

Your tasks:

• Collaboration in the ongoing financial accounting with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Checking, coding and posting of invoices as well as processing open items
• Support with payment runs and the monitoring of incoming payments
• Collaboration in bank account reconciliations and initial insights into the general ledger
• Support with periodic closing work and other tasks in accounting
• Administrative support of personnel management, including maintenance of personnel data and support with joiners and leavers
• Preparation of payroll-relevant information and support regarding payroll processing
• Contact person for internal administrative matters and active collaboration in the optimization of processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training (KV)
• Initial professional experience of around two to three years, ideally in finance and accounting
• Good knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Initial experience in personnel administration
• Ideally initial contact points with the general ledger, bank account reconciliations and payroll runs
• Very good German skills
• Confident handling of common Office applications
• High willingness to learn, initiative and interest in long-term professional development
