• Leadership and development of the assembly team
• Planning and coordination of service assignments
• Responsibility for deployment and resource planning
• Optimization of processes and workflows
• Support and expansion of the customer base
• Monitoring of costs, quality, and occupational safety

The requirement profile ####

• Technical basic training in the joinery or wood industry
• Commercial further education
• Several years of leadership experience in the assembly or service area
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in handling MS-Office and driving license of Cat. B
