Logistics Specialist EFZ (w/m/d)

These tasks will inspire you

• Order picking and processing of customer orders
• Booking of incoming and outgoing goods in SAP
• Independent loading and unloading of trucks with the counterbalance forklift
• Efficient management and administration of the warehouse (raw materials, auxiliary materials and finished products) in block and high-bay warehouses
• Implementation and ensuring of quality and occupational safety standards
• Maintenance and updating of process and QM documentation in SharePoint in cooperation with the Spedition management
• Taking over the deputy role of the Head of Spedition (coordination of a team of 3 employees)

We look forward to this profile

• Completed training as Logistiker/in EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in warehouse and spedition
• SUVA-recognized forklift license for counterbalance forklifts
• Very good SAP and MS Office knowledge
• Independent, structured and efficient way of working
• Technical understanding as well as confident handling of counterbalance forklifts (e.g. Linde E20/E30)
• Proficient German language skills in speaking and writing (at least B2)
• Joy in contact with drivers and internal contact persons
• Sense of responsibility, teamwork and willingness to take on deputy tasks
• Flexibility and helpfulness for further arising activities
