The Swatch Business Unit is responsible for the development, production, assembly, and delivery of watch heads for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands.

Your future missions

• Define measurement methods
• Define adequate measurement setups
• Guarantee the integration of measurement means in production
• Support the realization of capabilities (MSA)
• Guarantee the traceability of measurements
• Understand GD&T dimensioning
• Train and support employees on measurement equipment
• Participate in the improvement of measurement processes
• Provide support for FSTR files
• Establishment and standardization of measurement programs on: Keyence / Hexagon / Vertex
• Analyze errors related to measurement programs
• Order measurement tools (plug gauges, ring gauges, etc...)
• Insert new measurement tools into the GMS database
• Provide expertise during the analysis of unidentified problems

Your aptitudes and skills

• Higher technical education (technical school, ES, BTS or equivalent)
• Certification in quality assurance (TQ1); a specialization in metrology is an asset
• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in an industrial environment, ideally in the watchmaking sector
• Excellent mastery of automatic and manual measurement equipment
• Solid knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Good mastery of usual IT tools, notably Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Analytical mind, rigor, and quality orientation

Languages

Very good knowledge of French and/or German with knowledge of the other language, knowledge of English is an advantage.
