Your area of responsibility LGT is looking for an AI Business Enablement Manager (w/m/d) to strengthen the growing AI team in Zürich. In this role, you will support employees throughout LGT in understanding, applying, and creating added value from Generative AI in their daily work, with a special focus on Lumen Chat, LGT's internal AI platform. You will promote the practical use of AI in the specialist departments and contribute to building trust in the technology as well as engagement around its use. You will play a part in promoting adoption - through user enablement, workshops, the development of use cases, the creation of content, support during releases, and initial support for users. Your tasks: Promoting the use of Lumen Chat (LGT internal AI tool) and Generative AI within LGT by supporting specialist departments and employees in using AI effectively in their daily work Conception and implementation of workshops, training, and presentations for different business areas, tailored to different levels of AI literacy and different business needs Supporting employees in the identification, design, and testing of practical GenAI use cases, including prompt engineering, AI-supported workflows, and the creation of agents in Lumen Creation and further development of training materials and scalable learning formats such as learning videos, prompt templates, agent templates, examples, feature explanations, and practical use-case content Proactive participation in internal learning and communication formats with contributions, guidelines, examples, and updates that make new AI functionalities easy to understand and applicable Functioning as the first point of contact for questions regarding Lumen Chat and the use of AI, including user guidance, troubleshooting, and first-level support for tickets and incidents Close cooperation with the Product Owner, developers, and other stakeholders regarding user feedback, release testing, feature rollouts, as well as the continuous further development of adoption and support Your profile University degree in business administration, economics, communication, innovation management, or a related field Several years of experience in a business-oriented role at the interface of people, technology, and change, for example in training, enablement, adoption, support, consulting, or business analysis Strong interest in Generative AI, digital transformation, and the practical application of new technologies in a business environment Strong presentation and moderation skills as well as the ability to convey technical topics clearly and engagingly to non-technical target groups and to collaborate effectively with users and cross-functional stakeholders Good understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and prompting concepts, combined with a solid technical understanding; experience with LLM-based chat applications, Microsoft 365, knowledge management tools, workflow automation, or AI agents is an advantage Very good English and German skills; additional languages relevant for LGT locations are an advantage Structured, pragmatic, and service-oriented way of working as well as the ability to manage support cases, feedback, learning content, and communication clearly and reliably, ideally in a regulated environment such as Financial Services Please note that no applications via recruitment agencies will be considered for this position.
