Lead your team into a successful future! You will take over the management of the branch, control projects and finances, maintain close customer relationships, and develop the business area further. Head of Elektro Stadt Luzern Branch (w/m/d) Workload: 80% - 100% What you can shape You lead a committed team of around 20 employees including apprentices and promote sustainable growth with foresight, team spirit and technical competence. You win new orders, look after your customers personally and plan as well as implement electrical installations. You promote your team in technical, methodical and social respects and support the training of apprentices with commitment and as a role model. You monitor business results and project progress and, if necessary, initiate targeted, effective measures. You continuously keep your knowledge up to date in future-oriented areas such as E-mobility and photovoltaics through your participation in internal training. You use your regional network, recognize market potentials and actively contribute your ideas to the further development of the business. What defines you· You have completed basic training in the field of electrical installation with EFZ and have the master craftsman examination - or are on your way to it. You bring sound experience with high-voltage and low-voltage installations as well as solid knowledge of standards and regulations. You are a motivating personality, take responsibility and enjoy passing on your know-how. You promote a healthy team culture, deal mindfully with your resources and support others in doing so.
