Job description – Kitchen Assistant (m/w/d)
Tasks and responsibilities:

Support with food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting and providing ingredients)
Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen workstations, appliances and utensils
Dishwashing and cleaning work
Support with storage and control of food
Compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP)
Disposal of waste according to company guidelines
General support of the kitchen team in daily business

Requirements:

Initial experience in kitchen or gastronomy is an advantage, but not necessarily required
Reliable and careful working method
Team ability and stress resistance
Good hygiene knowledge or willingness to learn
Flexibility regarding working hours (including weekends or shift work, depending on the operation)
