As a umbrella employers' organization, active in the Jura and Bernese Jura, it brings together more than 1,400 employers and independent individuals from all branches of activity and hosts 17 professional associations. Following the departure of the incumbent, for its Bureau des métiers department, it is looking for A Manager (F/H) at 100% Your functions: - Management of professional associations and their commissions - Management of their secretariat and personnel attached to them - Animation of committee meetings and general assemblies - Representation before regional, national and political authorities - Promotion and development of their services and benefits - Support, information and advice to members - Support and defense of their interests Your profile: - Higher education (university, HES or equivalent training) - Professional experience - Good knowledge of the regional economic fabric - Leadership, tact, flexibility and ease of contact - Initiative - Analytical and synthetic skills - Ability to work independently and rigorously - Sense of responsibility, organization and negotiation - Writing skills and mastery of MS Office tools - Ability to travel frequently - Understanding of German (written/oral): an asset Our offer: A responsible, rich and varied activity within a small experienced team.
