Healthcare Specialist EFZ

The house stands for individual care, a stylish ambiance, and a committed team that offers the residents a dignified home. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed personality as a healthcare specialist FaGe (40-100%) per immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks

• Care and support of the residents in the age center
• Implementation and documentation of the care processes in the system
• Responsibility for medication administration and preparing the weekly medication
• Recognition of changes in condition and initiation of suitable measures
• Leading nursing reports and teamwork
• Taking over daily responsibility and conducting physician visits

Your profile

• Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist (FaGe)
• Ideally experience in long-term care or a high willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, and flexibility in everyday work
• Confident handling of nursing documentation systems or willingness to be trained
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Joy in the empathetic care of elderly people
