Customer Communication Operator

The employer is looking for four:

Infopoint Collaborators / collaborators (reported profession)

Requirements:

• strong predisposition for contact with the public and reception
• experience in the commerce, tourism or services sector
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of German and English
• reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
• professionalism, care for one's image and precision
• good ability to manage stress and moments of higher attendance
• attitude towards teamwork and collaborative spirit
• flexibility and availability to work based on the needs of the event and weather conditions

Employment details:

• Winterland Ascona-Locarno 2026-2027 edition
• on-call contract from 19 November 2026 to 6 January 2027
• shift work, including weekends and public holidays
