What you will achieve with us * Together with your team, you develop and establish the market strategy for the area of liquid plastic as well as underground waterproofing and lead it sustainably to success. * You support architects, planners, processors and customers with your technical know-how and accompany them on demanding projects. * Together with our Hochbau sales team, you win new customers and further expand existing partnerships. * For new customers, you carry out initial instructions directly on the construction site and ensure successful product use. * In the swisspor Akademie as well as directly at the customer, you plan and lead training sessions and specialist events. * Together with your team, you analyze market and competitor developments, identify opportunities early and implement them into concrete measures. * You actively help shape marketing activities and support the positioning of our systems and solutions. * Together with technology, suppliers and partners, you participate in the further development of our products and systems. * As a technical expert, you provide competent support to internal and external contact persons. * Together with your team, you develop technical documentation, processing guidelines, training documentation as well as content for digital channels.
