Tasks ###

As a teacher, you design and deliver action-oriented lessons according to the specifications of the Sonderschule concept. You plan and design your lessons based on professional expertise and orient yourself towards the individual needs as well as the development goals of the children and adolescents. Together with the class teachers, you create the developmental plans for the students and share responsibility for their implementation in everyday school life. If necessary, you write subject-specific reports and assessments and contribute your observations and your professional expertise to the development planning. You are in regular exchange with parents, specialist bodies as well as the reference persons from social pedagogy and work closely with the interdisciplinary team. In addition, you actively participate in school projects, camps, internal further training as well as other events of the institution and thus contribute to a lively and appreciative school culture.

Requirements ###

You have a diploma as a teacher, social pedagogue with teaching experience or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring experience in teaching children and adolescents with special educational and support needs. You enjoy working in a team, appreciate interdisciplinary exchange and know how to respond to different learning requirements. You are an engaged, reflective and flexible personality who enjoys accompanying and supporting children and adolescents in their development. Independent working is a matter of course for you and you bring the willingness to actively contribute to the further development of the school's offerings.
