What you will do ##

• Independent coating of steel and aluminum components
• Operating, monitoring, and optimizing the automated powder coating plant
• Performing manual coatings if required
• Quality control of the coated components
• Optimizing color changes, coating sequences, and plant processes
• Supporting the hanging and unhanging of workpieces
• Active participation in the further development of coating processes
• Maintenance of the plant and cooperation in autonomous maintenance

What you bring with you ##

• Completed vocational training as an Industrial Painter EFZ, Car Body Painter EFZ, or comparable training
• Several years of practical experience in powder coating as well as in the independent coating of steel and aluminum components and profiles
• Technical understanding as well as a strong process and quality awareness
• Experience with GEMA plants is an advantage
• Good German skills in speaking and writing
• Readiness for staggered working hours as well as a possible future two-shift operation
