Electrical Site Manager (80–100%) | Zürich

For one of our clients, we are looking for an experienced and committed Electrical Site Manager (80–100%) for demanding electrical projects in Zürich and the surrounding area, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent management and coordination of electrical installations on new buildings and renovations
• Leadership, organization, and coordination of installers and installation teams on the construction site
• Responsibility for the smooth running of the assigned construction sites
• Schedule, quality, and cost control
• Coordination with clients, architects, planners, and other contractors
• Material ordering and organization of the required resources
• Control of the performed work as well as ensuring quality standards
• Participation in construction meetings and coordination meetings
• Compliance with and implementation of applicable safety regulations

Your profile:

• Completed training as an Electrical Installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the electrical sector
• Experience as a site manager, site managing installer, or in a comparable function
• Good knowledge in residential, commercial, or industrial construction
• Leadership experience and enjoyment in organizing installation teams
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Responsible, resilient, and assertive
• Very good German skills
• Driver's license category B
