Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as Dipl. Nursing Professional HF/FH (for qualifications obtained abroad, SRK recognition is required)
• Professional experience in psychiatry, ideally in the acute sector
• Proficiency in dealing with psychiatric clinical pictures and complex nursing situations
• High social competence as well as an appreciative and professional basic attitude
• Resilient, reflective and independent personality
• Ability to act calmly and solution-oriented even in dynamic situations

Tasks ##

• You take over the professional nursing and individual care of patients on an acute psychiatric ward
• You shape sustainable therapeutic relationships and create trust and orientation through an appreciative attitude
• You observe and assess the psychological as well as somatic health status and carefully document relevant changes
• You plan, coordinate and evaluate individual nursing measures and align them with the respective treatment goals
• You professionally accompany patients through acute crises and support them in stabilization and coping with challenging situations
• You participate in de-escalating interventions and actively contribute to a safe and structured ward everyday life
• You work closely with the medical service, psychology and other specialists
• You actively contribute your nursing expertise to reports, case discussions and interprofessional treatment planning
