Due to an upcoming retirement, we are looking for a dedicated specialist for our facility management to actively support our team and work with us to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring infrastructural services in our properties
• Carrying out repairs to the building infrastructure and furniture
• Coordination and supervision of suppliers as well as obtaining quotes
• Supervision of technical systems, carrying out technical inspections and supporting maintenance work and repairs
• Representation in the team during absences
• Assistance with renovation projects from planning to implementation
• Execution of general house services and administrative activities
• Readiness for on-call shifts

What you bring with you

• Technical and/or manual basic training with additional training in the field of caretaker/building maintenance (caretaker with federal certificate of proficiency or the willingness to acquire it)
• Additional training in work agogics is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Physical and mental resilience as well as calmness and concentration even in hectic situations
• Friendly, confident appearance and high teamwork skills
• Independent, reliable and responsible way of working
• Organizational talent with a forward-looking gaze and the ability to maintain an overview
• Good ICT skills, especially in MS Office
• Very good German skills
• Driver's license category B
