Manager of hydroelectric installations (M/F) Place of work: Vernayaz Your mission: With a team of more than 20 people, you ensure the management of the assigned installations by guaranteeing optimal and efficient operation, in compliance with the company's certifications and good relations with the outside. Your responsibilities: Ensure project management and their realization in compliance with costs, deadlines and quality; Guarantee the safety of people, property and the environment, as well as compliance with safety directives and measures; Manage and develop the personnel of the Hydroelectric Operating Group (GEH); Organize work by ensuring optimal occupation of employees; Operate and maintain the assigned production and distribution installations, in compliance with budgetary provisions and production and performance objectives; Propose operating and investment budgets. Your skills: CFC as an electrician, automation technician, mechanic or a profession deemed equivalent, with a federal diploma as a maintenance manager or a HES engineer in the mentioned fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of hydroelectric production or in industry, in a similar function; Confirmed experience in personnel management; Excellent organizational and communication skills; Ability to master emergency situations and fluctuations in workload; Very good command of IT tools.
