To strengthen our team in Villeneuve, we are looking for a Dispatcher Your missions Within our planning team, you play a key role in the daily organization of transport operations. In this capacity, you will notably be required to: Plan and coordinate the interventions of drivers and installers, ensuring optimal use of resources. Organize and monitor transport orders autonomously, in compliance with deadlines and our customers' requirements. Enter, check and digitize delivery notes as well as establish loading lists. Ensure the interface between driver-installers, the depot and various departments in order to guarantee smooth communication. Optimize routes taking into account operational imperatives, quality of service and profitability. Perform various administrative tasks related to operations. You master the provisions of OTR 1 and are able to integrate driving and rest times into your daily planning. Organized, rigorous and endowed with an excellent sense of priorities, you know how to keep your cool in a fast-paced environment. Your reactivity, your flexibility and your ability to make decisions make you a true operational partner. You enjoy teamwork and communicate easily with various interlocutors, whether they are driver-installers, customers or the various internal departments. You perfectly master French. Knowledge of German or any other language constitutes a real asset. You use MS Office tools with ease. Finally, you are willing to work according to a shift system, with an organization of 5 days per week from Monday to Saturday. Interested?
