The consultant will intervene within a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) team and will have the mission to frame, pilot, and coordinate several transverse projects related to governance, risks, compliance, and cybersecurity. The role requires a strong capacity for structuring, coordination, and communication with IT, business, and support function interlocutors. Responsibilities Scoping and planning of the project portfolio * Take charge of the context, existing work, stakeholders, and dependencies. * Formalize Project Charters: objectives, scope, governance, responsibilities, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria. * Build and maintain a consolidated roadmap of the portfolio. * Identify priorities, capacities, dependencies, and critical paths. * Implement steering tools and ensure they are kept up to date. Operational steering of GRC projects * Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, loads, actions, risks, problems, and decisions. * Coordinate internal teams, external teams, and various stakeholders. * Organize and facilitate project committees, workshops, and coordination meetings. * Identify deviations and ensure alerts are sent to the relevant stakeholders. * Prepare decisions, arbitrations, and action plans. * Ensure monitoring of the deliverable life cycle: production, review, validation, versioning, and archiving. Reporting and monitoring of RUN activities * Produce a consolidated view of the portfolio progress. * Ensure reporting to management and governance bodies. * Monitor in particular progress indicators, planning, capacity, risks, dependencies, actions, and decisions. * Consolidate indicators related to the recurrent activities of the GRC team. * Identify discrepancies and monitor corrective actions until their closure. Quality, audit and compliance * Align project objectives, expected controls, evidence, and remediation plans. * Prepare structured and reusable evidence files for internal and external reviews. * Ensure follow-up of actions resulting from audits and findings until their closure. * Ensure the quality and traceability of project documentation. Change management and transition to RUN * Coordinate communication and adoption needs with the teams concerned. * Prepare and organize the transition of projects to RUN. * Perform project closures and document results, residual risks, and remaining actions. Profile sought We are looking for a confirmed to senior profile, with more than 7 years of experience in IT project or program management, ideally in the fields of cybersecurity, GRC, risk, or compliance. You notably possess: * Proven experience in the simultaneous steering of several transverse projects. * A good understanding of cybersecurity, governance, risk management, audit, and compliance issues. * A solid capacity to structure complex projects and coordinate multiple stakeholders. * Significant experience in preparing and facilitating committees, workshops, and governance bodies. * Good mastery of reporting intended for management and executive bodies. * Mastery of project management practices: planning, risks, dependencies, RAID log, governance, change management, action tracking. * Experience in a regulated environment or subject to control and audit requirements. * An excellent capacity for communication and synthesis. Certifications Mandatory ITIL v4 certification, or commitment to obtain it within the first four months of the mission.
