Agentic Developer

Implementation of the Agentic Framework (Hands-on)

• Design, code, and configure specialized AI agents intervening at each stage of the SDLC (application mapping, specification, code generation, test automation, documentation).
• Develop reusable skills, commands, and context directories to power the work of the agents.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration mechanisms, handoffs, and human-in-the-loop validation loops.

Integration & Technical Foundation

• Ensure the integration of agents within CI/CD pipelines, development environments (IDE), and code management tools.
• Participate in the optimization of context management (Context Engineering) and the control of token consumption (TokenOps).
• Guarantee the quality, security, and traceability of deliverables produced or assisted by AI.

Operational Deployment & Team Support

• Develop POCs, demonstrators, and reusable templates for developers.
• Support pilot teams in the operational takeover of the framework and collect field feedback to refine the agents.

Background & Experience

• 5 to 10 years of overall experience in software development and engineering (Senior/Staff Dev, Software Engineer, Tech Lead).
• Concrete (Hands-on) experience in the development and implementation of agentic frameworks applied to software engineering.

Key Technical Skills

• Mastery of software development, architecture, clean code, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Proven experience with LLMs, autonomous/multi-agent development frameworks (agents, skills, tools, prompts), RAG techniques, and Context Engineering.
• Mastery of modern AI code extensions and assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Cline, Windsurf, etc.).
• Fluent French & English.

Soft Skills

• Ability to support the field deployment of technical and methodological assets to development teams.
• Great capacity for assimilation, pragmatism, and reactivity to translate use cases into operational agents.
• Ability to collaborate within a hybrid team (consultants, architects, developers) and to support the upskilling of peers.
