Job description
At Kita Futura, kibe plus offers 36 childcare places in two mixed-age groups. Due to an internal change of function, we are looking for a motivated Operations Manager from 01 January 2027 or by arrangement - with heart, commitment and leadership competence! Your role with us As Operations Manager, you take on a central function and actively help shape the pedagogical and organizational development of our Kita. You lead our team with clarity, empathy and a sense of responsibility and, together with your employees, ensure a professional and loving childcare everyday life. What you bring with you

Completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung Kind EFZ or an equivalent training
Diploma as a Kita manager or a leadership training recognized for Kitas
Several years of leadership experience in the Kita sector (requirement)
Good IT skills and confidence in handling administrative tasks
High motivation, resilience and initiative
Enjoyment of working in a team and a solution-oriented way of working
Willingness for self-reflection as well as interest in personal and professional development
Openness to new ideas and changes
Your tasks

Overall responsibility for the professional, personnel and organizational management of the Kita
Ensuring high-quality care according to pedagogical and business principles
Planning, coordination and further development of processes and structures
Independent, competent and solution-oriented processing of the tasks arising
Leadership, accompaniment and support of the team in everyday childcare life
