What you can achieve

• Technical and disciplinary leadership of the maintenance team with three employees
• Ensuring high machine and plant availability as well as the development and maintenance of preventive maintenance plans
• Further development of the maintenance strategy as well as definition of maintenance standards
• Establishment, maintenance, and monitoring of occupational safety
• Planning and further development of the safety concept
• Carrying out hazard assessments, risk assessments, and accident analyses as well as derivation, definition, and implementation of suitable measures

• Reviewing and helping to design workplaces, work equipment, and personal protective equipment

• Planning and accompanying external audits as well as conducting safety inspections

What distinguishes you

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or comparable training in an industrial environment as well as several years of experience as a maintenance manager and safety officer
• Completed further training in the field of occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) is required; the federal diploma as an ASGS specialist is a plus
• Higher further training in the field of maintenance is desirable
• Very good technical understanding and a strong understanding of production processes
• Knowledge of EKAS guidelines, VKF regulations, labor law
• Independent way of working, high sense of responsibility, and assertiveness
• Confident appearance as well as sovereign communication on all levels
• Fluent German skills in speaking and writing, English skills as well as other languages are an advantage
• Affinity for digital processes as well as very good PC skills
