As a personnel consultant, you are the interface between companies and talented professionals. You build relationships, recognize potential, and bring people together with the right companies.

Your tasks:

• You place temporary and/or permanent positions with qualified professionals in the construction and construction-related trades.
• You build up your own customer and candidate base and develop existing relationships.
• You actively approach companies and talents and use modern recruiting methods to find the right matches.
• You conduct interviews, accompany the entire selection process, and create professional candidate dossiers.
• You advise customers and candidates personally and competently.
• You take responsibility for your placements and ensure first-class customer and candidate service.
• You keep your goals in view and can directly help shape your success.

You do not need to have worked as a personnel consultant for many years. More important are your personality, your drive, and your joy in dealing with people.

You fit with us if you:

• have a completed apprenticeship in a technical or commercial field,
• are open, communicative, and sociable,

• bring initiative, commitment, and assertiveness,
• like to work independently and take on responsibility,
• speak German as a native language - other languages are a plus,
• have a strong service mentality,
