Job description:

• Set up and produce on CNC machines for parts with millimeter precision.
• Optimize machining cycles and guarantee the irreproachable quality of components, in accordance with watchmaking requirements.
• Participate in the analysis and resolution of technical issues related to production.
• Perform routine maintenance of machines and guarantee their optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams in a spirit of continuous improvement.

Job requirements:

• Confirmed experience (minimum 5 years) as a CNC Swiss lathe operator, ideally in the watchmaking industry or a similar field where precision is essential.
• Mastery of CNC programming software and metrology tools.
• Ability to work with rigor and autonomy while respecting deadlines.
• Passion for precision trades and an exceptional sense of detail.
