Upon agreement, we are looking for a personality for the management of condos and rental properties together with an experienced team. YOUR TASKS After the introduction, you will independently manage, together with an assistant, a real estate portfolio of condominium owners' associations and rental properties. Your tasks include: Management of rental properties Management of condominium owners' associations Preparation of the owners' meetings Participation in owners' meetings together with the portfolio manager Conducting correspondence with owners, tenants and tradespeople Organization of maintenance work Processing of insurance cases YOUR PROFILE You have experience and enjoy managing well-run condominium owners' associations and rental properties as a property manager. You are a clerk with a federal FA You work precisely and in a structured manner. You have many years of experience in this task, accordingly you may also be somewhat older You want to work with a workload of at least 80%.
