Operations Engineer Network Control Center (all) Your Tasks Monitoring and controlling the medium-voltage network as well as ensuring safe and reliable network operation Responsibility for operative network operations management including coordination of operational switching and network-related measures Development and further development of emergency and operating concepts to guarantee security of supply Accompanying and providing technical support for network projects from planning to implementation Analysis of malfunctions and damage events as well as initiation and coordination of suitable measures in damage case management Close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders as well as ensuring a smooth flow of information Performing on-call duties and active participation in maintaining operational safety Your Profile Completed studies as an electrical engineer, preferably with a specialization in energy technology Basic electrical training or several years of professional experience in handling high-voltage systems Ideally experience in network operation, network management, or energy supply Confident handling of MS Office as well as good knowledge in the application of IT systems Structured, independent, and responsible way of working with high initiative Strong communication skills, resilience, and a confident manner in demanding situations Experience in crisis or event management is an advantage Very good German skills in speaking and writing as well as good English skills; other languages are a plus Place of residence within a radius of around 30 minutes from Aarau Our Offer Work-Life-Balance Various flexible annual working time models, home office possibility as well as modern office premises in a central location.
