As Branch Manager Key Account, you will take full responsibility for our branch in Sursee – with entrepreneurial thinking, a leadership mentality, and real impact.

Your area of responsibility

• You develop your branch strategically and operationally – with foresight and a hands-on mentality
• You actively win new customers, build sustainable relationships, and maintain existing partnerships
• You are regularly on-site with your customers – present, advisory, and reliable
• You develop and lead your team with clarity, energy, and passion – and make successes visible
• You take on active candidate management: You find, inspire, and support suitable talents for our customers

What you bring with you

• Sales and service DNA and a real sense for customer needs
• Leadership qualities that inspire people
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a desire for responsibility
• Enthusiasm for recruiting and building a strong candidate pool
• Completed vocational training – ideally in a commercial or related profession, experience in recruiting is an advantage
• Good IT skills – you feel at home with digital tools and CRM systems
• Solid foreign language skills in German and English – for professional exchange with customers, candidates, and colleagues
