Task ##

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for determining goods requirements as well as triggering corresponding orders in the area of service and wear parts as well as capital goods.
• You process availability inquiries and maintain backlog lists.
• You are responsible for clarifying quantity differences and transport damage as well as incorrectly packaged items and process warranty cases.
• You record the goods and freight transfer and coordinate this in cooperation with warehouse and transport logistics.
• You provide scheduling information, take over schedule maintenance as well as supplier reminders and invoice control.
• In addition, you maintain the parameters for warehouse management in the system and perform diverse administrative tasks.
• You monitor electronic interfaces and coordinate communication in the event of malfunctions.

Profile ##

What you bring with you:

• You have completed a commercial or equivalent training or have completed training in the automotive trade.
• Initial professional experience in the field of goods dispatch is an advantage.
• You bring good user knowledge of MS Office programs; SAP knowledge is desired.
• You work independently, structured and expeditiously.
• Stylish German is required. Good French and English skills are an advantage.
• You are flexible in terms of time and mobile (coverage of early or late shifts in the period from 6 to 18.30).
• You have an affinity for the automotive industry or interest / knowledge in vehicle technology.
