Head of Athletic Performance Youth (100% - m/w/d) The Grasshopper Club Zürich is one of the most traditional football clubs in Switzerland. For our youth performance center, we are looking for a committed and performance-oriented personality as Head of Athletic Performance Youth, starting immediately or by agreement. Head of Athletic Performance Youth (100% - m/w/d) As Head of Athletic Performance Youth, you are responsible for the strategic, structural, and operational overall management of the athletic department in the youth sector (U15 – U21). You ensure that all young players receive a uniform, performance-oriented, and age-appropriate athletic training and are systematically prepared for the transition to the professional sector. As Head of Athletic Performance Youth, you are responsible for the development and implementation of athletic standards, monitoring processes, and training concepts and make a significant contribution to the development of performance, load management, and injury prevention in the youth sector.
