-Mandatory French and German level B1/B2
-Holder of the AFP employed in the kitchen title
-Good culinary knowledge
-Experience in dishwashing or restoration
-Fast, rigorous and organized
-Ability to work in a team and manage pressure during services
-Respect for HACCP hygiene rules. -Preliminary preparation of food, elaboration of salads and sandwiches
-Ensure the cleaning of dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils.
-Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing areas (floors, work surfaces, equipment).
-Sort and store clean dishes.
-Assist the kitchen team in certain simple tasks if necessary.
