Become part of our team and help shape it!   What you achieve with us • Independent project management from A-Z: You are responsible for construction projects from planning to successful handover. • Planning skills are required: Construction periods, budgets, tenders and awards are your territory. • Organizational talent: You coordinate trades, clients and all project participants and ensure a smooth construction process. • Quality at the highest level: With your trained eye, you ensure compliance with standards and the quality of execution. • Shaping leadership: You are the central contact person for all project partners and control deadlines, costs and quality.   What you bring • 3-5 years of experience in construction management, conversions and renovations: You know what matters. • Solid training as an Architect, Civil Engineer, certified Construction Manager or Technician HF Building Construction. • Creating structures: You maintain an overview, even with complex processes. • Communicative leadership personality: You promote active exchange in the team and help shape our corporate culture. • Digitally and linguistically fit: You are proficient in using MS Office, MS Project and common construction software. Your German skills in spoken and written form are very good.
