Machine Operator / Production Worker Mechanical Manufacturing / CNC Grinder (m/f/d)

Your tasks
Independently set up, operate and monitor machines
Execute manufacturing orders according to operation plans and internal work instructions
Control, maintain and continuously optimize production processes
Ensure required quality standards through independent inspections
Recognize deviations and initiate suitable measures
Ensure a clean and smooth production process

Your profile
Basic mechanical training and practical experience in mechanical manufacturing
Confident reading and interpreting of manufacturing drawings
Strong sense of quality and responsibility
Experience in grinding is an advantage
Good German skills in spoken and written
Independent, exact and structured way of working
Readiness to work in 3-shift operation as well as occasional weekend shifts after the induction period
