?? Your role as Manager

As Manager, you take on the operational and personnel responsibility for the St. Gallen location. You are a host, a leader, an ophthalmic optics professional, and at the same time an important contact person for your team and our customers.

You lead with clarity and empathy, set goals together with your team, and ensure that our high standards for advice, quality, and service are lived daily.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the St. Gallen location
• Leadership, motivation, and development of the team
• Promotion of a positive and appreciative team culture
• Planning and organization of day-to-day business
• Ensuring competent and personal customer advice
• Active participation in sales and ophthalmic optics
• Responsibility for achieving qualitative and economic goals
• Promotion of employees and identification of development potential
• Implementation and further development of VISILAB standards
• Close cooperation with the regional and higher management levels
• Contribution of own ideas and impulses for the further development of the location

?? What you bring with you

• Completed training as Augenoptiker/in EFZ, ideally further training to become a dipl. Augenoptiker/in
• Several years of professional experience in ophthalmic optics
• Leadership experience or the desire to take the next step into a leadership position
• Joy in people and in the development of employees
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a solution-oriented way of working
• High customer and service orientation
• Independence, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and a confident appearance
• Passion for ophthalmic optics and enthusiasm for our industry
