Project Manager ---------------- For an established architecture firm, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) with sound experience in structural engineering. You will take on the integral management of demanding construction projects from planning to realization. You will coordinate specialist planners, contractors, and authorities, ensuring timely and cost-effective implementation as well as high quality standards. Your tasks: • Overall project management in SIA phases 3--5. • Creation and monitoring of execution plans, schedule plans, and cost plans. • Interface to clients, planners, and executors. • Site management, quality control, and commissioning. Your profile: • Completed studies as an Architect or comparable training (e.g., building technician with further training). • Several years of experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager. • Proficient knowledge in CAD/BIM, SIA standards, and construction law. • Strong organizational and leadership qualities, solution-oriented thinking.
