Requirement profile:

• Experience in measurement technology and Q-affairs or willingness to acquire this.
• Training as a mechanic / polymechanic / toolmaker
• Practical experience in CNC machining of plastics or metals
• Good PC and MS Office skills
• German language in spoken and written form
• You are goal-oriented and work independently, are exact, responsible and a team player

Tasks:

• First-piece and final inspections
• Incoming goods inspection
• Creating and handling deviation reports
• Handling quality issues in direct contact with suppliers and customers
• Programming and operating CNC measuring devices
• Technical support and training of production personnel
• Technical personnel management in the quality assurance area
• Defining inspection processes and creating inspection plans
• Creating first sample inspection reports and statistics
• Monitoring measuring equipment
• Creating evaluations and statistics
• Support in the maintenance and further development of the Q-management system
• Employee in the execution of internal and external audits
• Participation in projects
• Preparation of goods for shipment
