For a modern acute care hospital in the Olten region, we are looking for a Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH with a workload of 60 to 100 % for a permanent position in the Urology department, starting January 1, 2027, or by arrangement. In the urological outpatient clinic, a varied field of activity awaits you, which includes both outpatient examinations and surgical procedures.

You will become part of a well-coordinated and collegial team in which mutual support and open communication are highly valued. Collaboration with doctors allows you to specifically apply and further develop your professional and technical skills. Your tasks with your new employer:

• You support the doctors during urological examinations and diagnostic procedures in the outpatient area and ensure professional care for patients
• Instrumentation and assistance during urological operations are among your central tasks, where you specifically use your nursing and technical expertise
• Together with the interdisciplinary team, you guarantee smooth processes in the outpatient clinic and operating area and actively contribute to a high quality of treatment
• With your positive and committed personality, you help shape an appreciative team culture and take on shifts from Monday to Friday within the time window of 07:00 to 19:00

You offer your new employer:

• A completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, DN II or AKP, or respectively a corresponding SRK recognition for a foreign diploma, forms the basis for this position
• Ideally, you already have professional experience in the urological operating area or are interested in deepening your knowledge in this specialized field
