Employee Facility Management with Vocational Training Function

How your daily work is structured

Following modern, ecological, and economic principles, you ensure the professional cleaning and maintenance of public and semi-public spaces of our own properties as well as those of our external customers. In addition, you work in a team of up to 10 specialists, one to two employees with IV pension, and up to 10 apprentices. You contribute actively to an appreciative, inclusive working environment.

Vocational training is a central component of your activity

You accompany and promote young people, some with learning disabilities, in the training programs Praktiker/in Betriebsunterhalt PrA, Unterhaltspraktiker/in EBA, and Fachmann/-frau Betriebsunterhalt EFZ. In doing so, you actively take on the role of vocational trainer and design the learning process in a practical and individual manner.

What will inspire us

• Completed vocational training as Fachfrau/Fachmann Betriebsunterhalt EFZ or in a manual-technical profession
• Several years of professional experience in the maintenance of properties and green spaces.
• Completed vocational trainer course or several years of experience in the support and training of apprentices
• Driver's license Cat. B, preferably with trailer test
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Structured, organized, and responsible way of working
• High social competence, patience, as well as empathy and a positive basic attitude
• Independent and efficient working as well as flexibility
• PC user skills
