Infrastructure Project Manager (f/m/d) 80-100%

Your role

As a Project Manager at ETAVIS Elettro-Impianti SA, you will develop technical solutions in the field of transport infrastructure, contributing to the realization of projects that have a concrete impact on the territory. You will be responsible for the operational management of projects, from planning to commissioning, coordinating people, resources, and involved partners. Thanks to direct contact with customers and suppliers, you will also contribute to the development of commercial relationships and the growth of the division.

Your main tasks

• Complete management of assigned projects, from the design phase to final delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, and safety requirements.
• Planning and realization of projects in our infrastructure sector (highways, tunnels, railway infrastructure).
• Guidance and development of the team, valuing skills, collaboration, and the professional growth of people.
• Acquisition of new mandates and care of existing clientele.
• Close collaboration with the Division Director and company management.

What you bring with you

• Technical training in the electrotechnical sector. Project lead electrician in installation and safety, with experience in leading teams or projects.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and a solution-oriented approach.
• Leadership skills, clear communication, and team spirit.
• Knowledge of the Ticino market and the ability to develop lasting professional relationships with customers and partners.
• Reliability, strategic vision, and passion for electrotechnics.
• Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
