What you bring with you ##

• You have completed training in the food sector (milk or food technologist, cook, butcher, etc.) and perhaps already have initial experience as an AnlagenführerIn.
• You demonstrate your flexibility, among other things, in your willingness to work in a 4-shift system.
• You are proficient in the German language, both written and spoken, and have a technical flair.
• You learn quickly and will soon master the operation of the operating systems (MES/SAP).
• Your physical and mental fitness motivates and enables you to achieve top performance; you are resilient and remain calm even in stressful situations.
