Do you want to not only apply agile practices, but also help shape real change? With us, you have the chance to accompany the transformation to a product-oriented structure with interdisciplinary crews and to implement our FlightLevels@CONCORDIA. For this, we are looking for you - a committed personality with an agile heart and a systemic view, who accompanies our product crews on their way to more maturity, effectiveness and self-organization.

What awaits you ###

• You support two product groups (6-10 Crews) in their development towards more self-organization, transparency, customer centricity and accountability.
• You promote the application of agile methods and values in the respective context - pragmatic, situational and people-centered.
• You support the crews in the continuous improvement of their collaboration, processes and results.
• You work closely with other Agile Coaches, Flow Masters and managers to support the transformation at all levels.

What you bring with you ###

• You have sound experience as an Agile Coach in agile product or development teams.
• You have sound knowledge of agile methods; experience with the Flight Levels model is a big plus.
• You bring experience in accompanying teams at different maturity levels and can support development paths in a targeted manner.
• You have strong moderation, communication and coaching skills - with a clear stance and at the same time a fine sense for people and dynamics.
• You think systemically, act solution-oriented and can be effective at both the team and organizational level.
• In your previous career, you have also gained experience as a line manager and enjoy developing people.
• Ideally, you have gained experience in the healthcare sector or in the environment of regulated organizations.
