Your tasks

You will take responsibility for the HR department including payroll and, together with your team (2 people), ensure that all HR processes are implemented professionally, efficiently, and in a service-oriented manner. The focus of your activity lies in operational HR management with a focus on payroll, social insurance, and the entire personnel administration. You are responsible for the payroll run, personnel mutations, as well as accident and illness reports, and ensure that all administrative processes are handled on time and correctly. At the same time, you are the contact person for authorities and social insurance providers and support personnel care as well as recruitment. Additionally, you analyze HR key figures, participate in projects, and actively contribute your ideas to the continuous development of the personnel service.

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with further training in the field of Human Resources

(e.g., HR specialist certificate or comparable), but experience is more important to us

• Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally with a focus on payroll, social insurance, and personnel administration
• Experience in a leadership role or the potential to lead a team successfully
• Independent, structured, and self-reliant way of working and a strong hands-on mentality, Abacus knowledge is an advantage
• High level of discretion, assertiveness, as well as a professional and service-oriented appearance
• Strong communication, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial-minded personality with a high degree of loyalty
