Sales Administration Clerk Software (w/m/d)

In your mission, you will thrive with:

• Processing incoming orders and ensuring smooth order processing
• Daily control and invoicing of orders incl. processing of credit notes and returns
• Active participation in the daily business of software administration
• Creation and coordination of Microsoft license agreements
• Close cooperation with the sales team
• Creation of sales-supporting reports
• General administrative and organizational tasks such as data maintenance, filing, and processing of mail

Your skills? More than interesting:

• Completed commercial training (EFZ)
• Good user knowledge in dealing with ERP systems (Microsoft Navision is an advantage) as well as the Microsoft Office suite
• Interest in software and the IT industry
• Organizational talent with an independent, quality-conscious, and exact way of working
• Ambitious, motivated, and team-oriented personality
• Very good German and good English skills
