Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification Several years of practical experience as a System Administrator or Supporter Sound knowledge of current server & client operating systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) Knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint and Teams) Knowledge of cloud systems is an advantage (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.) Knowledge of network technologies such as TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, Routing, Switching, VLANs and Firewalls High reliability, communication skills, independence and flexibility Very good German and good English skills Driver's license category B Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland
About this position
Receiving and processing support requests and error reports Remote or on-site support for small to large customers Creating and maintaining operating manuals, instructions and checklists Operating and monitoring servers and networks at the customer and in the cloud Participation in IT projects internally or at the customer on-site Further development of our IT services as well as our cloud offering
