No. PIL-IP-T-55041 Description ### For our customer, an internationally active industrial company based in Switzerland, which is active in the field of micro manufacturing and precision connection technology, we are looking for an experienced   Operator Micro Manufacturing (m/f/d) ###   Your Tasks ### • Assembly and testing of small parts (Micro Parts) according to work documents • Assembly of micro connectors with very high quality requirements • Operation of semi-automatic plants in the micro area • Microscopic final inspection and packaging of the micro products • Feedback of production orders in the SAP system • Booking of individual parts to production orders in the SAP system • Ensuring high quality specifications and compliance with all regulations • Application and implementation of Lean methods • Working in a cleanroom while complying with the defined quality and process standards Your Profile ### • Completed basic or further technical or mechanical training is an advantage • Professional experience in handling small parts (Micro Parts) as well as in working with optical aids • Experience in plant or machine operation, e.g., with CNC controls • Good technical understanding of production tools and semi-automatic plants • Secure working according to technical specifications and documentation • Very good vision, high concentration ability, and precise way of working • Enjoyment of participating in new processes that are being established • Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage • Flexibility and willingness to work overtime and shift work (3-shift operation) We Offer ### • An exciting task in an internationally active company with headquarters in Switzerland • A motivated and competent team • Insight into innovative manufacturing processes in the field of microtechnology • Opportunities to help shape new processes • A modern working environment with high quality standards • Careful induction into a specialized area of responsibility Are you ready for a new challenge?
