Currently, for one of our clients in the construction field, we are looking for a:

Technical Assistant - Building Sector (M/F)

Your missions:

• Operational management of the secretariat
• Ensuring the reception of the company and telephone calls
• Receiving and distributing mail
• Making appointments
• Preparation of tenders
• Invoicing
• Requesting quotes
• Tendering
• Preparation of various letters
• Other administrative tasks: archiving, filing of documents..

Your profile:

• CFC Commercial Employee or equivalent
• Several years of experience in a technical assistant function in Switzerland
• Knowledge of the building sector is mandatory for this position
• Ease on the phone and in writing
• Autonomy and initiative

Information about the position:

• Position to be filled quickly
• Occupation rate of the position 80%-100%
• This is a temporary position to start and with a view to employment
• Good professional opportunity in the technical building field
