At Stiftung Hirsacker, over 60 employees currently work, accompanying 27 people with support needs. You accompany people with support needs in assisted living / residential group from the autism spectrum and with challenging behavior. Specialist FaBe, FaGe or Social Pedagogue (50 % to 80 %) ## Assisted daily activities or Assisted living ### These are your tasks ### • You maintain the relationship with relatives, legal representatives and specialist agencies • You participate in projects as well as in the development of standards and concepts • You support the clients in achieving individual goals • You accompany and care for people with support needs and challenging behavior, so that the diversity of their needs, their further development and their autonomy are the focus • You are a reference person and ensure contact with trustees and third parties • You actively participate in the preparation, implementation and evaluation of individual and group activities Assisted daily activities • You are responsible for an offering with understandable, life-oriented and meaningful design offers that pursue occupational and social-pedagogical objectives Assisted living • You shape everyday life together with the clients, support them in their individual development and enable social participation • You are flexible and willing to take on shifts also at night and on weekends This is your profile ### • You have completed training as FaBe, FaGe or Social Pedagogue • You have experience in accompanying people with challenging behavior, ideally also with people from the autism spectrum • You have good oral and written German skills • You possess a driver's license (category B) This is special about this position - this is what we offer ### We are a manageable organization with short decision-making paths and an appreciative working atmosphere.
